Refund policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, OR
Item is defective or damaged upon arrival

Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened items
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Customized or personalized NFC products (if applicable)

Return Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
